State of Sales Enablement 2020 – Content Strategy and Management
Sales enablement addresses the challenge of increasingly complex sales cycles and ever-diminishing control in the hands of the seller. Understandably, the practice has grown rapidly in recent years. Within sales enablement, content is the prime asset, as it bridges the gap between marketing strategy and sales execution.
This study was undertaken to understand how successful marketers have been in creating, managing and distributing their sales enablement content, their pain points and the challenges they faced in implementing their content strategy.
