Gunjan Sinha, as Chairman, provides strategic direction and vision to Regalix. Over his career, Gunjan has spent over 20 years in various entrepreneurial, board and executive positions, building innovative businesses. As an internet pioneer, he was the co-founder and President of WhoWhere? Inc., a leading internet directory services company acquired by Lycos in 1998 as well as eGain, an online customer service company which he built and steered from inception to post NASDAQ IPO.
Gunjan serves on the boards of several Silicon Valley companies and in 2010, he has been appointed on the Board of US-India Science and Technology Research Endowment, by the Office of Science and Technology Policy at the White House. He obtained his BS and MS degrees in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, and UC Santa Cruz, respectively.
Gunjan also holds an MS in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford University and was featured as one of the 50 most successful immigrant entrepreneurs in the US by Silicon India.
Vikas SharanCEO & President
Vikas Sharan as CEO & President, provides leadership and strategy to the company and actively works with Regalix’s customers-Fortune 500 as well as venture-backed companies-to define growth strategies.
Vikas is a serial entrepreneur and has spent 15+ years in Digital Marketing and Human Factors. Before starting Regalix, he founded Lozoic, which sold telecommunication products and services to Tier 1 telecom carriers in US and Europe.
Prior to Lozoic, Vikas was a key member of the team that created the first online bank, WingspanBank (acquired by Bank One, now Chase). Vikas has also led the Emerging Technologies practice at Enherent (NASDAQ: ENHT) where he was responsible for creating Internet and Wireless strategies for companies such as Philip Morris, JP Morgan, and Prudential.
Vikas is an author and frequent presenter at conferences and has a Masters Degree in Industrial Design from IIT Mumbai.
Tabish KhanSVP Strategy
Tabish is currently the SVP Strategy at Regalix. He brings customer focused leadership and deep operational expertise to Regalix. He is responsible for defining and driving key customer-centric strategies. Prior to his current role, Tabish has held various positions in digital marketing and sales operations across multiple industry verticals for over 15 years.
Ravish KamathSVP Products
Ravish Kamath has over a decade of experience in bringing products and ideas to life. At Regalix, Ravish is responsible for driving the overall product strategy and its execution. He is passionate about prototyping, evangelizing new technologies, building and mentoring teams and of course launching new products.
Prior to joining us, Ravish was an engineer at July Systems India Pvt. Ltd., and before that, was involved in product development at eVector and Trigyn Technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Electronics and Communication Engineering Degree from Siddaganga Institute of Technology.
Prabal PlahaSVP Finance
As SVP Finance, Prabal Plaha manages the finance and accounting operations at Regalix, Inc. and oversees the HR and admin functions. An experienced and accomplished finance professional, Prabal brings years of strong technical skills in financial accounting, analysis and reporting, with special emphasis on budgeting, cost reduction and cost control.
Prabal is a Chartered Accountant from India and a Certified Public Accountant from the United States. His experience spans across multiple industries and geographies, having started his career in public accounting and then worked in manufacturing, retail and service industries in India, the Middle East and the United States. When he’s not crunching numbers, he loves to dabble in photography or spend time playing with his dogs.SVP Finance
Dhruvam MisraSVP, Operations
Dhruvam comes with 20+ years of diverse experience across operations, quality, training and WFM. Process orientation, simplification and streamlining are deeply embedded in his approach to managing large-scale operations.
Prior to joining Regalix, he worked with some large organizations like GE, Dell, Mphasis, Convergys and HCL. In his previous assignments, he has successfully led large-scale operations spread across continents. He has a fairly diverse portfolio, including technical support, order management, IT HAM/SAM procurement, B2B/B2C sales and customer service.
Miroslaw KalinskiVP EU Operations
As Head of Operations for Regalix Poland, Miroslaw Kalinski will lead Regalix’s organisation in Europe and contributing to Regalix’s global execution abilities from Europe, Poland being the first delivery center in this geography.
He has experience in managing service delivery across borders on the European and international markets, both in off-shore and near-shore model. He is lecturing and consulting on IT security governance and EU security compliance regulations.
Miroslaw is an experienced manager in high tech industry, with over 25 years of experience in creation, development and management of successful teams, which contributed to the customer successes in the areas of IT and high tech services. He has broad experience in various engagements, starting from high tech start-ups, through building and reorganisation of delivery teams, and coordination and management of independent analyst’s at Poland’s leading think tank High Tech Unit.
Priscilla SelwineSVP, Marketing & Solutions
Priscilla brings over 18 years of experience in conceptualising and executing award-winning campaigns for brands like IBM, Amazon, Mphasis, Kodak, and ITC Foods, to name a few, efficiently leveraging PR, Digital, Content, and Communities.
Before Regalix, Priscilla was head of Customer Success of the world's first community marketing platform Convosight. She partnered with over 90+ consumer brands, including P&G, Brittania, HUL, and Hasbro, to help them connect with consumers in the middle of the marketing funnel while driving preference and consideration. Additionally, she has led global operations across the US, UK, and APAC for an integrated marketing agency, Gutenberg, and worked as Senior Planning Director at OgilvyOne Worldwide, where her responsibilities included digital planning, social media, public relations, and content marketing.
In her earlier stint at Regalix, she was Associate Director of Strategic Marketing at Regalix; she planned, created, and executed digital campaigns for B2B and B2C clients like Citibank, Ricoh, and VMWare. She also launched a Research based BU that made thought leadership content and was part of the incubation team that launched a Vinod Khosla-backed startup - Learnstreet.
She has also overseen the pre-sales function for L&T Infotech, focused on France, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland. While her career started in Public Relations at Corporate Voice Weber Shandwick, she went on to work in sales, customer service, and marketing roles for different clients at different agencies.
She received her MBA from the Indian Institute of Planning & Management (IIPM) and a Bachelor's from Wilson College in Media, Advertising, and Journalism. She hails from Mumbai but is now settled in Bangalore. An avid reader, her favorite author, is Seth Godin. She loves to travel, and next on her bucket list are Istanbul and Jordan.

Dheeraj has worked for over 20 years with Silicon Valley companies leading global customer success operations at Microsoft, Symantec and MetricStream. He is passionate about customer focused culture and innovative technologies that enable growth. An ecosystem builder, Dheeraj was the founder of an Industry Group under NASSCOM, an apex body of software companies in India and has been a speaker at international conferences at TSIA (Technology Services Industry Association).
Chandra Shekar is responsible for setting up and scaling our Program Management Office (PMO). He works to strengthen and nurture relationships with our biggest clients, like Google. Chandra has over 15+ years of experience leading operations and managing projects and programs in predictive business analytics, customer service, sales and technical support.
At 7.ai, his last employer, he managed large teams and played a key role in customer success for clients in Retail, Technology, Communications, Travel & Hospitality domains and helped them achieve significant outcomes in terms of digital transformation, customer experience, incremental sales and cost savings.
Darshan JKMarketing & Solutions
With 15+ years of experience in marketing and strategy, Darshan manages the company’s marketing activities and actively works with the leadership to define Regalix’s growth strategies. Having worked with global brands such as Dell, Aditi Technologies & MAA Communications, and as a growth consultant for homegrown startups, and with two startups in the digital marketing and advertising space, he is constantly talking about new ideas and the “changing consumer behavior.” An informal student of social anthropology and cultures, he understands the drive for fulfillment and the need to craft and deliver marketing messages that resonate with consumers.

Manoj has been with us for over 10 years. He’s responsible for overall digital marketing strategy, and has a knack for business development. He’s particularly adept at search engine marketing, search engine optimization, business development, social media optimization and Google Analytics.
Manoj graduated from CMR Institute of Management Studies with an M.B.A. in Marketing and Human Resources.
Priyokumar Singh NaoremCreative
Priyo is known to think thrice before putting pen to paper. As the Associate Director – Creative, he works with key stakeholders from sales and marketing to create art that converts. That has been his mantra for the last 18+ years. He has been instrumental in designing winning creatives and UI/UX for most of our clients, including but not limited to: Google, VMware, Wipro, Infosys, L&T, SAP, Mindtree, Mphasis, MetricStream, The Boston Globe, Valassis.
He is a MCA in Architecture Design. He also has a certificate in Visual Communication Design from IDC IIT Bombay. He’s ambitious and passionate about everything related to creative thinking–especially visual identity, typography, digital solutions, and branding.

Having spent 15 years covering practically every aspect of Human Resource Management, Shanta is a veteran in the field. As a member of the Regalix team since 2011, she was responsible for laying out HR processes from scratch. Since then, she’s watched the company progress from to where it stands today, and in that time, has taken on various roles that have called upon her expertise in HR operations, strategy, and talent management and recruitment.
Prior to joining Regalix, Shanta had a stint as Staffing Manager at Intermountain Staffing. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Human Resource and Marketing) from Indian Institute of Rural Management.
With 13 years of experience in communication and advertising, Soma manages Regalix’s creative services and actively works with the leadership to define communication strategies for the company and brands. With a pedigree of agencies like MRM//McCann, Havas, and RK Swamy-BBDO, she has worked on global brands such as Intel, GE Healthcare, IBM, and homegrown startups and SMBs.
She is looking at formulating ‘Content as a Service’ as she believes content can solve business problems. Her interest lies in consumer psychology which helps in crafting and delivering communication that resonates with consumers.
Srinivasan is a Marketing and Sales professional with 15+ years of experience in strategic planning, solution design, operations, people management and service delivery.
Has extensive experience in setting up and managing large-scale B2B and B2C global delivery teams. At Regalix, he manages Revenue Acceleration Programs (Customer Acquisition; On-boarding & Account Management Programs: Upsell & Cross Sell, Customer Support) for a few Global Technology Leaders.
Suresh has been a part of Regalix for over a decade. A Technical Program Manager with significant experience in the high-tech industry, he specializes in product management, business analysis, usability analysis, UX design and quality assurance management. Prior to making Regalix home, Suresh held positions at Softsmith Infotech and Tera Software Ltd.
He completed his MBA, Business Administration and Management, General, from Bharathidasan University, Tamil Nadu.
Waryam comes with 20 years of customer service and contact center operations experience in various capacities with Reliance Communications, Tata Teleservices, HCL Technologies, and Daksh eServices Pvt Ltd.

All his experience has been spread out in organisations like 7.ai, WNS, Tesco, and Regalix with expertise in domains like Banking, Insurance, Retail, and AdTech. At Regalix, he heads operations for two key accounts with teams located in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Krakow.

Over 13 years’ experience in SEO, SEM and digital strategy with B2B and B2C organizations across like Silicon Labs, Wipro, Infinite Computer Solutions, Keynote Systems, CDC Software, Citibank, Nanyang Business School, Royal Brunei Airlines, Loreal, Lancome, Maybelline, Urban Decay, SMRT, Canadian International School – Singapore and Bangalore, The Learning Lab – Singapore and others to help drive their SEO programs and build strategy to other digital channels, understanding search based need. Prior to joining Gutenberg, Dhiraj was a Lead Consultant, for Happy Marketer, a leading digital marketing agency in Singapore – taking care of their inbound marketing clients. Worked as an assistant marketing manager IDS Next, a hospitality software company spear heading their digital marketing, research and organic lead generation, managing their SEO across India, Africa, Oceania, Middle East, and Sri Lanka. Prior to IDS Next, Dhiraj worked as a Search Engine Marketing Specialist for System Advisors Group, a Microsoft Dynamics AX Partner, managing their SEO and Social strategy across USA, Europe, India, South East Asia, China, Japan and Africa. With a keen interest towards digital marketing and Search Engine Optimization, Dhiraj started his career with Market Research and SEO at Regalix, a digital marketing agency. With over 12 years of experience in creative and thought leadership content, and in content strategy and marketing, Anushree has played an integral role in creating and executing campaigns for global leaders and brands including Toyota Kirloskar, Mphasis, Maersk, Microsoft India, Wipro, Burger King, and more. Anushree is a results-driven, collaborative content marketing professional with experience in the strategic development, execution, and analysis of integrated communications programs. With a focus on making meaningful contributions that impact the business, she currently oversees the marketing initiatives at Regalix as Associate Director. She received her MSc in Organizational Psychology with a focus on Advertising and Consumer psychology. She is also the co-founder of Pugs SOS India, the country’s first rescue centre for abandoned pugs.
