Hardy has over 17 years experience in Sales & Marketing across various industries such as Manufacturing, Logistics & Supply Chain and Digital Marketing. Currently with Regalix, Hardy manages the Bangalore centre handling overall Delivery, Human Resources and Centre profitability.
In his earlier responsibility with FedEx, world's largest air express company, he was responsible for launching Global Sales for the Automobile Industry in India. Hardy has a Masters Degree in Marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and an Engineering Major in Metallurgy from NIT Rourkela
