During his tenure at MetricStream, Gaurav has been instrumental in shaping key strategic initiatives; as examples founding ComplianceOnline.com (the leading global GRC portal), leading marketing for MetricStream to be recognized a 'Leader" in the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) space (as validated by Gartner Magic Quadrant and the Forrester Wave); developing the NASDAQ MetricStream strategic relationship among others.
Gaurav brings nearly a decade of marketing, finance & operating experience with Citigroup and has spent several years in venture capital & executive operating roles with venture-backed enterprise software and internet companies. As part of the executive team at ArcadiaOne, Gaurav handled finance and marketing from inception to profitability and a successful acquisition.
At Citigroup, Gaurav led the launch and growth of the US 'International Payments Business', which had a distributed operating structure with sales in North America, and technology, operations and service in India. Under his leadership, this business grew to become a pioneer in web-based consumer international financial transactions. Prior to that, he led marketing and operations for a $ 4Bn international business unit at Citibank that had operations in over 25 countries and customers in over 100 countries worldwide.
He was also responsible for setting up and managing Citibank India's first ever internet presence, online marketing and customer acquisition for the first few years of the advent of the web. Citibank was one of the pioneers of the web in India.
Gaurav has a Bachelors in Technology (with Honors) from the Institute of Technology in India, a degree in Business from FMS, Delhi and an MBA from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar. |

Randy Haykin | Advisor

| Randy Haykin is concurrently a founder, venture capitalist, angel investor in a variety of early- and mid-stage companies in and around the Bay Area. He is a Founding Partner at 12-year-old Outlook Ventures, which has funded over 35 companies in three funds and has invested in and mentored over 60 companies since the late 1980's. Randy is also on the faculty of UC Berkeley's Haas School and currently teaches New Venture Finance in that MBA program. |
VC Role: In 1996, Haykin co-founded Outlook Ventures - originally as "Interactive Minds". The firm has funded over 30 early-stage technology firms since inception, including: Overture, Wit Captial, Impulse Buy Network, DotBank, eTeamz, Active Networks, eCirlces/Classmates.com, Epicentric, Lasso Logic, Echopass, Loyalty Lab, Xactly, Digital Chocolate, Reply.com. Currently Director or Observer on Boards of Reconnex, Bridgestream, Digital Chocolate, Reply!.
Angel Role: Haykin has been doing angel investing during the past ten years have also been an angel investor (and sometimes Advisor or Board member) in many personal investments in real estate, software, biotechnology, and retail companies.
Founder Role: Randy is a partner at Forward Innovation Labs, where he and his partner are incubating several companies. The latest projects include Business Mindshare (vertical social network company) and My eLife (a start-up with author/speaker Tony Robbins, which will launch to the mass web audience in mid-2008).
- Yahoo - founding VP Sales & Marketing. Was part of original 1995 team that created Yahoo's business model, hired initial sales & marketing team, and launched the company.
- Paramount Technology Group - Director, Business Development. Worked with "think-tank" called Media Kitchen to create new business plans and models for the use of content on new technology platforms.
- Apple Computer - 5 years of sales & marketing management experience including channel sales, business dev, director/creator of global Multimedia developer program and higher education schools program.

Anurag Chandra | Advisor

Anurag is the Managing Director at Lighthouse Capital Partners. He joined Lighthouse in early 2001 from Intraspect Software, which was acquired by Vignette (NASDAQ: VIGN), where he served as Vice President of Corporate and Business Development. Prior to Intraspect, he was the Vice President of Finance and Operations at netDialog, where he played an instrumental role in its acquisition by Kana Communications (NASDAQ: KANA).
Anurag was also a Vice President at Imperial Bank in its Emerging Growth and Venture Divisions. His other professional experiences include obtaining financing for technology and infrastructure projects internationally, managing investments at a large multinational institutional money manager, and practicing corporate law for Bryan Cave, LLP.
Anurag's area of investment focus is in enterprise computing, encompassing software and enterprise networking. While at Lighthouse, Anurag has sponsored the firm's investments in Airespace, Azul, Ironport, Cortina, LinkedIn, Six Apart, Modulus Video, Stoke, and Transparency Software.

Carmen Rizzo | Advisor

The underground darling with high-end appeal has had his share of high profile. The two-time Grammy nominee has had a very eclectic career that includes producing, mixing, remixing, programming, co-writing and being a musician on a range of influential artists albums ranging from Alanis Morissette, Coldplay, Seal, BT, Tiesto, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Cirque du Soleil, Paul Oakenfold, Pete Townshend of The Who to mention only a few. He has also made records with a slew of notable producers, including Trevor Horn, Marius de Vries David Foster, Rob Cavallo and Don Was.
Carmen also has had an extremely credible career as a recording artist with his current cd "The Lost Art of the Idle Moment" (The Lab/Universal). His first solo album is a lush, cinematic, beat-driven disc that features collaborations with a wide range of guest vocalists including Esthero, Jem, Kate Havnevik, Ladybug Mecca (The Digable Planets), Grant Lee Phillips, Thomas Heinrich, Alpha and Deidre Dubois. USA Today featured the album with his picture on the cover of The Life sections as their #1 pick for there fall music guide. Songs from the album have been licensed to TV shows The O.C., Windfall & Commander in Chief. Tastemakers Jason Bentley, Nic Harcourt & Ann Litt from L.A. radio station KCRW championed the disc before he even had a record deal. The album debuted at #2 on their album chart as well as Sirus & XM Satellite radio.
His other side project Niyaz (Six Degrees) with Azam Ali & Loga Ramin Torkian is a world beat/electronic fusion; "Blending Indian & Persian exoticism and beats that are state of the art" says Billboard. The album which came out in 2005 debuted at #1 on the iTunes world music chart and has also been featured on NPR's "Day to Day" & PRI "Voice of America". The band has been successful touring all over the world playing in India, Tokyo, France, Turkey, Spain, Montreal, Vancouver, and all over the USA. The album was in many top critics top ten albums of the year
The quality and eclecticism will come as no surprise to anyone familiar with Rizzo's work. In 2000, Rizzo's band project, Povi (Nettwerk), released its first disc, a down-tempo electronic record in the style of Portishead and Massive Attack.
His first break came producing Kristin Vigard in 1990 for Private Music/ BMG, which helped him break into a Los Angeles music scene that included up-and-coming musicians such as the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Fishbone, N'dea Davenport of The Brand New Heavies, Jill Jones and Amp Fiddler which all entered into successful careers. Since then, he's been in high demand as a producer, mixer and remixer. |
