Over the years, Regalix has developed and matured key customer engagement processes and metrics to deliver desirable business outcomes at different levels.
One of these processes is the Regalix KPI Matrix, in which we map the customer organization and create KPIs to measure goals that are relevant to each role and department. For each stakeholder, we customize the KPIs, processes, and campaign strategies to align with their specific quarterly goals and budget.
Regalix 360 ° is another effective process in which we take the KPI Matrix and create continuous shared learning between our team and the relevant stakeholder. This process allows our team to routinely present analyses, tests, methodologies, and campaign strategies - learning about the business implications of the trends and results presented.
